How to Protect Document


 



Protect Document
1. Tracked changes
    We use this point to protect our document from other person who wants to change the meaning. In the under is a method to use password to protect.
·         First click on the “Tools”menu and the select “Protect Document”from drop down menu
 On the Protect Document”you must right click.



  • After you click , you will see Editing restrictions and click in a square in this point.




  • After you ticked you must find Tracked change .and select on it.

  • After you choosed ,you must see at Start enforcement and you click on the button
Yes,Start Enfofcing Protection.

  • After you clicked this button ,you will see one board .you can put passwords in box.
  • In the End you click on button OK .













  • But when you want to add text more ,you click on Tools and select Unprotect Document



  • After that you put your passwords and click on O.K



2.No changs(Read only)
         We use it to protect our document from other person who wants to Read our document already and wants to write or do everything on our document.In the under is the method to use password to protect.
·         First click on the “Tools”menu and the select “Protect Document”from drop down menu
 On the Protect Document”you must right click.


  • After you click , you will see Editing restrictions and click in a square in this point.

  • Aftet you ticked you must find No changes (Read only)and select it.


  • After you choosed ,you must see at Start enforcement and you click on the button
Yes,Start Enfofcing Protection.

  • After you clicked this button ,you will see one board .you can put passwords in box.
  • In the End you click on button OK .
                                                
  • But when you don`t want to protect cotinous ,you click on Tools and select Unprotect Document



  • After that you put your passwords and click on O.K



Protect document
1.Protect Sheet
        Once you have completed your document there are only a few simple steps required to protect it .Fist click on the Tools menu and then select Protection from the drop down menu.you can select on the Protect Sheet.
·                     After you clicked on Protect Sheet you you can put your password and click on O.K.But in the same time you will see Confirm Password and you must put your password again and click on OK.




















·                     But when you don`t to protect you can select on the Tools menu selectprotection.And you choose unprotect sheet


·                     you put your password and OK.




2.Protect workbook
Once you have completed your document there are only a few simple steps required to protect it .First click on the Tools menu and then select Protection .And you choose Protect workbook.
  • After you click on protect workbook you can put your passwords.And OK.
